Typing Services Rates
The table below will give you an idea of our rates, however, the best way to get an accurate no obligation quote is to contact us. Rates vary based on the job requirement and scope of the work involved.
Because of the current economic climate we aim to be flexible within reason. We are able to provide discounts for bulk / regular work.
Typing Services Rates (Guide Only)
- Transcription Services — £0.95 per minute of audio, minimum £5 per job
- Interview Transcription — £0.95 per minute of audio, minimum £5 per job
- Copy Typing — £10 per thousand words, minimum £5 per typed page
- Data Entry — POA
- Mail Outs & Envelope Stuffing — POA
- Professional secretarial rate £20-£35 per hour
- Admin rate £15-£20 per hour
- Monthly retainer packages – Start at £200 per month

Payments & Terms
- We accept, PayPal, bank transfer or standing order.
- All jobs are to be paid for in advance based on the quotation. Any exception to this is at the discretion of the management.
- We are not currently Vat registered
These are for clients who have a regular amount of work that needs completing on a monthly basis. We are happy to work out a retainer package to suit your business. Contact us for details.
