Is your business data backed up?

by Typing Services Online

Many of my clients run their business from home and rely on backing up data to their hard drives or on USB sticks but have you ever thought what would happen if you lost your data?

What measures do you have in place?

Hard drives are convenient for storing data but what if your office suffered a flood or fire?

USB memory sticks are the most popular way for data back up but with them being so compact unfortunately they are very easily lost.

Losing customer data would be devastating having a severe impact on your business, not only financially but leaving a big void in your own record keeping.

Have you heard about the cloud solution?

This is a brilliant software installed on your computer which backs up all old, new and changed files, thus giving you peace of mind at the end of a busy working day.

Carbonite is really good, I have been using it for a few years now.
It is good too for backing up all of my photos and music too! 🙂
